Houston Giants confirm. I reached out to Jason about Smith and we landed here. Muncy will no doubt put up big numbers with a strong OBP, but I wanted to upgrade my C spot and this was the cost. Hoping Smith can rebound from his semi down year. Raley had a huge Aug/Sept - he could end up being a steal for Jason here if he keeps that momentum going into 2025. I was happy to add some late round darts to throw. Thanks as always to Jason for the discussion.

RedSox agree to this trade. I really didn't plan on moving Smith, but Muncy should put up enough numbers to cover the lose. What I really want here was Raley and Wright. The hope is Raley continues his 2024 numbers and Wright gets back to what he was before Tommy John. Good Luck Chad
