Reasoning: Lugo is an upgraded RFA option that I really like and think fits my team well. Winokur's upside is a great thing to dream about, but he is probably still 2-3 years away and has enough question marks to allow me to move him for potential immediate impact. Thanks to Bailey for a quick and easy deal.

I had several pending free agents so I had some tough decisions to make tag-wise. Offloading Lugo and a pick for Winokur helps make my tag choices less stressful. Winokur is a player who intrigued me when he was drafted, and I have seen him play plenty in person at my local minor league stadium. This seemed like a fair swap to me.
