Confirmed. I'm taking the guy who is ready to pitch now and has extra control, even though I like Montgomery a lot.

Trade approved and processed
Side note: Jimenez is traded into the Red Sox Minor League roster as he previously cleared waivers when with the Yankees.

Apologies guys, I posted earlier that Jimenez would stay in the minors once traded but it has been pointed out to me that Brent has previously said the following which is the opposite.
Acquiring previously waived players – when acquiring a salaried player that had previously been waived by the former owner, please remember that said player will go onto your 40-man roster (not your minors). They would have to complete the waiver process again for your team, to be send down to your minors.
There is also this from the constitution:
When a waived player is traded, he loses that waiver designation on the new team (i.e. he would go back up to the 40-man roster on the team that acquired him).
Apologies to Jason for getting it wrong before, but on this basis Jimenez has to go onto the 40-man
