Anthony Rendon, 3B - LAA 24-25: 21M
Michael Grove, P - LAD 24-27: 500K

Philadelphia sends:
2025 12th Rd FYPD Pick

Reasoning:
I took on Rendon’s contract in an earlier offseason deal, in hopes that I could offload it later.
Grove has potential, but to clear a roster spot and give Rod some upside, this deal makes sense.

I confirm. Grove's surface numbers last year were hideous, but his underlying numbers were only terrible. He'll probably start the season in AAA, but with the Dodgers having all injury prone pitchers he'll get a second chance in LA. And with the Dodgers pitching factory, who knows?

As far as Rendon, if Wash can get through to him, I might have a good player. If not, I have a contract to eat next season.
