Skye Bolt, OF, Oakland Athletics
Sam Hilliard, OF, Atlanta Braves
Both are on entry level contracts with no cap penalty.
Philadelphia waives the following players with the purpose of sending them to the minors if they clear waivers:
Kyle Freeland, P, Colorado Rockies, $3,000,000 in 2023
Josh Winckowski, P, Boston Red Sox, $500,000 through 2026
