Baltimore sends:

Jackson Merrill Padres SS prospect
Cade Marlowe Mariners OF prospect

ATLANTA LOGIC:  I had a surplus of closers, so looking to move one.  Was looking to acquire some future talent for him.  Hate to give up a closer on one of baseball's best team, but having him on a one-year contract helped seal that.  Nice smooth talks with Chris.  GL!

One of the things I was lacking was a closer while this is a 1 year deal I can RFA him so the prospect loss wasn’t bad, thanks to Brent and GL
