A trade has been made between Colorado and Baltimore.

Colorado sends:

Lane Thomas OF WAS 22-26: $1m
Spencer Horwitz Jays OF prospect

Baltimore sends:

Jon Berti UT MIA 22: $0.5m

COLORADO LOGIC:  We need stolen bases, and badly LOL!  We hope Berti is in Rickey Henderson mode for the rest of the season.  Nice easy talks with Chris.  GL!

I hate to trade Berti but he's a 1 year deal and while I hate to lose the SB I need some power, Lane Thomas looks to be a fixture in the starting lineup in Washington and should provide me a little power, Horwitz is absolutely mashing the ball, I'll be interested to see if he get's traded or Tor finds him a spot in a year or so..thanks to Brent and GL, the fight for 3rd continues
