Cincy Logic:
Stoffer and I discussed a couple variations of trades today and then put this big trade together. Last off-season, I was in the camp of Baz being a RP long term, and I traded him away in DD6 for…much less than I’m sending to get him here. Well I was wrong a year ago, but I’m happy to finally get Baz back in one of my leagues. I think he showed in 2021 that his ceiling as a SP is high. I’m giving up quite a haul here and I may regret it, but I think it’s worth the risk. Walsh and Hays were two players I didn’t really have plans to move this off-season, but as it unfolded, I felt like I could move them in the right deal given my depth. This trade opens up 3 spots on my active roster, and lands me a personal favorite of mine (Baz). Gonna miss the two O’s + Walsh but hopefully this works out for us both.

We did have some fun talks and the flow of the talks would be a great read. LOL. Didn't really want to move Baz but was looking to fill up some roster spots and getting Walsh at 1B was key for me because I feel the 1B FA market it week and hoping a Walsh/Rizzo combo can make it work. Hays will be a nice fantasy 4th OF and Means I think is sneaky good hope he can continue to imporve. Good deal that helps both teams, great talks as always.
