WINDY CITY LOGIC: As soon as I claimed Fraley and Raleigh, I messaged Josh because I figured there would be a decent amount of interest. While I am not overly excited about losing Moncada, the presence of Josh Jung and Jake Burger on my farm make it much easier to deal with. Clearly I wanted Fraley and Raleigh as Fraley will be a nice addition to my OF with a decent combination of power and speed. Raleigh joins the squad as my third catcher, which is always important in a 2-catcher league. I have been a fan of Gonsolin for a few years and was happy to get him here, especially with, as of now, 2 open rotation spots in LA. Drey Jameson excites me to no end. He is a power pitcher that, even if he moves to the bullpen, will get innings with a high K/rate. Not to mention the fact that I think he is flirting with top 100 status. There was a lot of back and forth in a short time, and I appreciate Josh working with me on this. Fun negotiations on this one and best of luck to Josh and his Mariners!

Los Angeles agrees to this deal. Waived Raleigh and Fraley among others to free up some space on the 40-man roster in anticipation of free agency. I expected Fraley to move and anticipated a trade in advanced. Thought this would be a good opportunity to add where I had a hole on the team and Moncada is a good player to fill one of those holes. I appreciate Windy City for the negotiations and smooth talks and I believe this trade will serve him well in the near future.
