Cincy Logic:
Was looking to acquire some dart throw prospects. Velazquez and Perez are both far away, but are kinda interesting to me. I was willing to send Foster because, while I like his stuff, I have a solid amount of RP on my active roster. Hall will be missed but hopefully the prospects I am adding have nice upside.
