Cincy Logic:
I was looking to reduce salary, so I am sending Myers and Ando (two guys who I like a lot since they’ve played for the Rays). I am hoping Hays can stay healthy and keep his September magic going over a full season, and that the Cleveland prospect arms pan out. Then we tacked on Semien’s FA rights to the deal. I love Semien but I have a solid amount of middle infielders so I am gonna take a chance on Bryan Reynolds instead.
